Auctions – now ONLINE & IN-PERSON.
Viewing AND Collections by appointment only.
Valuations – Every Tuesday at Silverdale, by appointment only.
Our auctions are available via live online bidding, commission bids or telephone bids. The auction will continue to be live online with video and audio link for those who wish to continue bidding from the comfort of their own home.
BIDDING: We welcome your bids via live online bidding through EasyLive or The Saleroom.com, and you can leave commission bids with us by emailing enquiries@potteriesauctions.com. If you would like to attend in person then please book with the office on 01782 638100.
VIEWING & CONDITION REPORTS: Viewing is online and in-person. To attend in-person please book your viewing slot with the office on 01782 638100. We are providing our normal condition report service, providing written condition reports and additional photographs. Please email enquiries@potteriesauctions.com to request a condition report.
SHIPPING & COLLECTION: We will be providing our usual thorough packing and posting service for all bidders. Collections are by appointment only and can be arranged by calling the office on 01782 638100. Please note you must bring and use your own packing materials and pre-pay.
PAYMENT: Payment is required BEFORE goods are collected. Payment will only be accepted via bank transfer and card payments over the telephone (£250 limit for over the phone payments). Normal payment terms apply.
Valuations during Covid19
We have several ways in which you can have your items appraised and valued by one of our experts during this time.
Visit our Saleroom: Our Tuesday valuation days at Silverdale are up and running by appointment only. Please call us today on 01782 638100 to book a valuation with an expert. We are also accepting items for auction through our drop off service. Please call the office for an appointment to drop items off at our Silverdale Saleroom.
Email Valuations: You can send us an email to enquiries@potteriesauctions.com with details and a photograph (eg make, model, model number, measurements, condition) and one of our experts will provide information and auction estimates.
Video Valuations: Alternatively, you can ask for a valuation via ‘Zoom’ video chat or WhatsApp on 07831 855683, or via Facetime video link.
We can provide probate valuations and house clearance quotes from video content, either submitted to us or on a live video link on mobile phone.
House Calls: Contact us to book a hosue call.
We have made adjustments in line with government advice andrecommendations and will be continuing to implement changes as they are advised. We will endeavour to keep you updated with all of the latest news from the saleroom.
