Our June sale is a two-day online auction taking place at 10am on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th June. We are offering in-person viewing for this auction by appointment only on Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th June, 9am-3.30pm. Due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, we are currently unable to accept bidders in person. The sale will take place online only with a video and audio link, so you can continue to bid safely from the comfort of your home. Our June auction is set to feature plenty of 20th-century pottery including pieces from Lorna Bailey, Royal Doulton figurines and character jugs, Beswick, Royal Crown Derby, Moorcroft, Lladro, Coalport, Wedgwood, Royal Albert, Anita Harris, Shelley and Chinese pottery, as well as a large selection of furniture and household items to include tables, chairs, chests, dressers, desks, cupboards, Chesterfields, occasional tables, corner cupboards, glassware, prints and paintings, clocks, and mirrors.
This stunning Royal Crown Derby Imari pattern miniature tea set and tray is set to sell for £40 – £80
As always, we have a large selection of watches and jewellery going under the hammer, including rings, necklaces, bangles, brooches, earrings, and costume jewellery, which always prove popular with our buyers, as well as gold and silverware, coins and militaria.
We have over 150 unreserved tray lots of good tea, coffee and dinnerware, ceramics, glassware, bric-a-brac, metal ware, and mixed pottery. This month’s lots also feature a selection of ephemera, camera equipment and lenses, railway plaques, cutlery canteens, brass items, whisky and spirits, stone busts, garden urns and tools, Oriental pieces and other collectables.

Moorcroft vases and jugs are another area of 20th-century pottery that piques plenty of interest in our saleroom. Lot 180A (left) is a limited edition Moorcroft The Ark vase and is set to sell for £220 – £440. Lot 260 (right) is a Moorcroft Quetzalcoatl jug with an estimated sale price of £320 – £640
Lot 428 is a lovely 9ct gold 3-colour bracelet and is set to sell for £160 – £320
