Silverdale Auctions
Starting with our Silverdale Antique & Collectors auction, sales will take place on the second Friday of every month from 10am. The saleroom will also be open for viewings between 9am & 4pm on the Wednesday and Thursday before the sale. The Antique & Collectors auctions can be expected to contain an abundance of antiques, pottery, collector’s items, clocks, antique & quality furniture, paintings, as well as watches, jewellery and more.
Our Tuesday Valuation Days at Silverdale will also carry on as usual every week from 9am-4pm and we will be happily providing valuations on a broad range of items, including all kinds of jewellery, silverware, gold & silver coins, militaria, pens, lighters, knives, medals, lamps, bronzes, Oriental items, books, stamps, tea & dinnerware, along with porcelain & pottery such as Royal Doulton, Beswick, Royal Worcester, Minton, Moorcroft, Wedgwood, Coalport and more. Please book an appointment if you wish to attend a Tuesday Valuation Day by calling 01782 638100 or emailing enquiries@potteriesauctions.com.
On top of this, valuations are now being offered via WhatsApp. To get a valuation using this method, all is required is for good quality photographs to be sent via the app to 07864 667940 with a request for valuation.
House clearances can also be arranged at short notice, with saleable items consigned to auction, coupled with removal of anything else that cannot be sold. Please call or email to make arrangements.
Cobridge Sales
Over at Cobridge, two auctions will be run every month, from April. These, too, will start at the usual time of 10am and will feature mostly unreserved lots, including furniture, pottery, collectibles, tea & dinnerware, jewellery, electrical goods, clocks, household items, saleable items and a great deal more, besides.
Viewing for our Cobridge sales will take place on the preceding Friday, between 9am & 4pm, and again on auction day, from 9am.
Additionally, every Thursday, the Cobridge saleroom will be conducting valuation/intake days between 9am and 3:30pm. As long as you only have a small quantity of items (three boxes or less), you won’t need an appointment to attend.
