A collection of Shelley Mottled Vases

We have a magical collection of Shelley Pottery coming up for sale in the 14th March Antiques and Fine Art Auction. We’ve put this article together to share some of the gems that will be going under the hammer at our March auction. If something piques your interest, then enquire about attending and bidding on the day, or submitting a commission bid.

Shelley china and earthenware products are many and varied in style and application, but most notable for collectors is the tableware produced by the pottery. In the late Victorian period the Art Nouveau style pottery and Intarsio ranges were extremely popular but Shelley is probably best known for its fine bone china Art Decoware of the inter-war years and post-war fashionable tea ware.
