Virtual Valuations
If you’re unable to come and visit us for an in-person valuation, then there are several options available to have your items valued for auction online. You can access our worldwide & virtual valuations services via email or WhatsApp. Find out more below.
**Please note: Due to the increased cost and resources involved with handling overseas items, we only handle complete or significant collections rather than single items. The only exception to this is rare items of British Pottery- see below for more details**
Email valuations
Send us an email on bill@potteriesauctions.com for advice on selling your collections with photographs and details (e.g. make, model, model number, measurements, condition) and one of our experts will be in touch to provide more information and auction estimates.
WhatsApp valuations
Send pictures of your item(s) on WhatsApp to 07864667940 and one of our valuers will be in touch to provide a valuation.
This is a messaging only service. Any calls to this number will not be accepted.
The Process
- Send your photos via email or Whatsapp
- You will receive a response within 48 hours
- The Valuer will advise on your collections and items
- More details may be requested in order to roughly estimate values (we can confidently provide accurate estimates once we see your items in person)
- If you are satisfied with your estimates the Valuer will advise on shipping, selling fees and sale dates
Worldwide Valuations
We can also provide a wide range of valuations using our worldwide network of fine arts consultants. Please contact us with complete collections for any of the following items: antiques, clocks, coins, collectors’ items, jewellery, militaria, silverware, stamps, toys.
We also carry out valuations of of rare British Pottery single items and collections including Royal Doulton, Moorcroft, Royal Worcester, Beswick, Minton, Royal Crown Derby, Martin Brothers, Lladro etc.
